Yesterday Mike Nelson and I went to see Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. If you're looking for action typical of the Terminator movies you won't be disappointed. The humorous one-liners are also throughout the movie. My favorite being, "Talk to the Hand".
The special effects are top-notch and it's difficult to tell where the "real" action stops and CG finishes the scenes.
The ending left me a bit empty, but fortunately for Terminator fans there are plenty of hooks and subtle storyline hints dropped ensuring that there will be at least one more Terminator flick!
Even though I think Terminator 2 was overall a better movie I would say it's worth checking out. However, you might want to see a matinee showing to save a couple of bucks and so you go away feeling like you got some value out of the ticket price.
